PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will be responsible for inventory transactions.
You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service.
By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain and update accurate records of all inventory transactionsAssist in the timely manner of disbursement of warehouse inventory to proper departmentsPerform and document inventory control operations in accordance with the guidelines established through quality control and department policies and proceduresPerform computer data entry using Inventory/Purchasing SystemIdentify and resolve customer complaints/issuesAssist in preparing material and equipment for inventoriesAssist cost accountants in conducting required, periodic physical inventoriesPerform other job-related duties as requestedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and divisionAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsAbility to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environmentBasic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.

telephone, copier, fax machineExcellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detailExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contactsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalentWork varied shifts, to include weekends and holidaysPREFERRED:
Six (6) months of experience in shipping/receiving/inventory controlExperience working in a similar resort setting.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
